How do I unlock a permanently locked iPhone after multiple passcode attempts?

Put my passcode in too many times my iPhone is permanently locked.How do I unlock it?I can get into my icloud in my apple account on a different phone

You’ll need to erase the iPhone i am afraid to remove the forgotten passcode

If you see a iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support
