I don’t want Slide Over and Split View the way the iPad does it now. I prefer to make the pages the size I want instead of having to deal with the way iPad sets up my multitasking. Is there a way to change the Split View page sizes?

You have two options of Split View: You can Split the apps equally (50:50) or split the apps so one is bigger than the other(75:25). If you meant custom sizes (for example 45:55), I don't think you can do that unfortunately.
