Is the "Carrier Voicemail" header on the voicemail page new? At first I thought maybe my voicemail was not configured properly with the carrier, but the voicemails still appear under "Others" and work properly.

I'm with AT&T and I do see any difference in mine. Voicemail is a carrier feature and my guess is they may have some control over things with the carrier file they can send out during updates. If you wish to be sure, contact your carrier and ask.
Just checked again and the header is gone. Rebooted and it's still gone. Dunno. Some blip somewhere.
Glad to see it is okay now.
