So I drove over my Magic Mouse with my power wheelchair and smashed it to pieces. I bought a new one one Amazon. How do I connect it to my iMac? I’m also a little computer dumb 😂😂
obviously you can’t just turn it on for it to work?

Your post states macOS 12.7. If your iMac is a 2019 or later model see the following to upgrade to macOS 15: How to upgrade to macOS Sequoia - Apple Support
If your iMac is earlier than a 2019 model, the current Magic Mouse will not work with it. If that is your situation you may want to return it to Amazon and purchase a compatible 3rd party mouse.
