How do I turn off DND completely on iPad?
I could see letting Do Not Disturb turn on five to ten minutes before the sun goes nova. Until then I WANT IT OFF. OFF I tell you. I WANT TO BE DISTURBED.

Don't turn it on...
You can't completely remove the feature from the phone.
Make sure you have not set a schedule that will turn it on automatically.
If you're somehow managing to turn it on accidentally, you can edit the DND focus to always allow everything.
