iOS 17 performance issues on iPhone X

Subject: iOS 17 Performance on iPhone X

Dear Apple Support,

I’m writing to share my experience with the iOS 17 update on my iPhone X.

While I appreciate the new features and design improvements, I’ve noticed a drop in performance and occasional lag during regular use. In some cases, the phone gets warmer than usual, especially during multitasking or gaming.

I understand that newer updates are optimized for newer devices, but I hope future versions will include better support for older models like the iPhone X, which is still a capable device.

The iPhone X cannot run any released version of iOS 17, so if you are running iOS 17, it must be on a different phone.

You have got it wrong. The iPhone X does not even support iOS 17, so if that is what you are using then that means you have a jailbreak on your device and you are now on your own without any support. In addition, you have compromised the security of your device and all of your data is at risk. Not a good move!

The highest iOS you can run on an iPhone X is 16.7.11.

So you either aren't running iOS 17 or you have an iPhone XR or higher.
