My MacBook Air M4 doesn't duplicate nor pair with my iphone13mini

doesn't pair with my iphone 13mini because mac sais the service (duplicate iPhone or make any widget or..whatever.. work) isn't available in the country or area where i am. (Portugal)

Obviously this can't be possible. I am less than beginner to Macs but I am afraid the problem could be with my iPhone. It's a regenerated one, by Swappie. When I got it, was quite empty but wasn't reseted. Well I didn't care and I synchronized from my cloud. I wonder if could be because of it...maybe my Mac feels that my iPhone is in Sweden? pleeeze, help me!

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.2

I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say "duplicate iPhone or make any widget or..whatever" but if you are asking about bluetooth pairing an iPhone and a Mac, see the following:

Bluetooth pairing an iPhone or iPad and a Mac is not supported (except for Personal Hotspot).

If you are attempting to use Handoff/Continuity or AirDrop, that does involve Bluetooth but the devices are NOT paired; Bluetooth just needs to be on and the devices in range of each other. The following may help with Handoff/Continuity issues: Continuity features and requirements for Apple devices - Apple Support

And see the information in: Bluetooth: Why can't I pair my iPhone or … - Apple Community
