How do I handle a flash SMS on my iPhone?

I was watching YouTube and then out of nowhere, a flash SMS came up

Then I clicked “Why did I receive this message?”

I eventually clicked “Dismiss” because there didn’t seem like there was any other option. Does this mean that my iPhone has been compromised?
