capcut is using up my iphone storage instead of my icloud

My daughters phone is sharing my storage. Capcut is taking up most of her phone storage 70 out of 128gb but I have a 2tb in icloud storage - how do I get the app to use iCloud storage instead

The app would need to support syncing/saving to iCloud. But, even so, the data would most likely remain on her device.
