How do I move a missing app back to the Home Screen on my iPad?

I was moving apps around on my iPad. Someone an app disappeared and I cannot find it. I can search for it and open it, but I need it to be on my Home Screen.

I found one instructions saying I would see the location when I search. But it do not. Help!
