Contact Epic. That is not an Apple problem and third party App Stores in Europe are not controlled by Apple. You are subject to the terms of that Store and also any problems with not being able to download those apps.

Currently, Apple has told Epic, the developer of Fortnite, that it must wait until the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals hears Apple's case before it will make a decision as to whether Fortnite will be allowed back into the US iOS App Store.

That may take a while. Otherwise, you could move to Europe to play your favorite must-have game.

Talk to the makers of Fortnite. They agreed to the App Store rules when the game was available. They purposely broke the rules. Apple rightly kicked them off of the App Store.

Thanks for the recent update. It confirms a retaliatory action take on the part of Epic and not unusual. The solution remains the same, it is the Epic Store in the EU where it was previously available and Epic removed it from their own store. Contact Epic if you want them to make it available again. Unfortunately their users are just pawns in a matter where they have been granted full authority to make there game available there. Posting on an Apple Support forum is not going to convince Epic to do that.
