if you mean to use the imac as primary display for a mac mini then you can't
you can disconnect the mouse and keyboard and connect them to the mac mini
and then after getting a primary real monitor for the mac mini then you can use various 3th party solutions
to get the imac to work as wireless second display for the mac mini (though performance of such solutions is not good for stuff like games, and maybe video stuff and the likes)
