Focus status do not disturb: kept removing one person from my allowed calls list. So I made a new contact for her, and put them both back in, and one day later they were both removed again. So I set up sleep focus status: same thing happened. Why is focus removing one person? And it's an important person - my elderly mother.

Originally I had her home number, her cell number, and her Google voice number on one contact. It's Google voice that's triggering this I don't know why: First I took her Google voice number out and created a separate contact for that. Then focus was doing the weird thing where it was putting that contact in and taking the other (home,cell) out, so I deleted both contacts and recreated two new contacts, and it has not happened again – the contact with her home and cell numbers is staying in allowed contacts .

Is the number in her contact on your phone her cellular number?
You're not sharing an Apple account with anyone, are you?
PS and the focus status keeps adding in the separate contact I have for her Google voice number, when it takes out the others. And none of them have the same contact name.
