Why is Apple TV not available in Kenya but, you can get in Uganda?
I'm sure there are more apple customers in Kenya than in Uganda.

It’s not up to Apple which countries they are allowed to operate in. Apple needs approval from any country it wants to do business in. It’s entirely possible that Apple wants to provide Apple TV in Kenya but has not yet received regulatory permission from the Kenyan government’s regulating body. Or if the Kenyan government has requirements and conditions that Apple feels too burdensome they may have decided not to comply. If you are a Kenyan citizen try contacting Kenya’s government for information about this.
