Availability of Apple TV+ in Morocco (North Africa)

After authorizing my device (iMac) to watch Apple TV+ content, I was surprised to find that the service isn’t available in my region, which is quite strange.

This is correct. Apple TV+ (Now just called Apple TV subscription) has not been released in Morocco.
Why, is unknown as Apple does not disclose such things.
