I ordered an iPhone 16 and a few more items yesterday. It said if I ordered before 1pm (I did) it would be delivered tomorrow (which is now today.) But it still says preparing to ship. And it says in the “Ships” section “1 business day.” So my question is will it ship out today and will I be able to receive it tomorrow?

No one here can say for sure. But it's possible while the iPhone may be next day delivery, the other items are not and thus if they are being delivered together it can take longer. If it's still not delivered I would contact Apple Support.

Possibly, maybe the status hasn't been updated yet. Keep an eye on your doorstep and keep us posted.
