Me Apple Watch when purchased came with a built in ECG app which synchronized heart rhythms with my iPhone eg atrial fib. The app has disappeared from my Apple Watch. I am unable to get it back. Unpairing and re synching does nothing. Suggestions?

Apple Watch SE or SE2 has never had ECG capability.
You SE does not have the ECG hardware.
You would need to get a Series 8, 9, 10, or Ultra.
The ECG feature is only available in these countries.
If you have taken the watch to a country that has not authorized the function of the ECG and you have updated the watchOS in that country, the ECG app would have been removed from the watch. Updates are country-specific.

Perhaps that is correct and I am thinking of my prior apple watch. But then how is it possble for me to get ECG capability on this watch?
