iPhone 6 -7 and 11 ! Having difficulties accessing iCloud email address access but also showing my iCloud account linked email but not able to access the iCloud account neither able to remove it

What is happening if you try? You might need to turn off screen time restrictions or turn off screen time completely to see if the issues persist

i am trying to think of best way to describe my issue , all I know is I see my permenant old ICLOUD email on all devices and can not be removed and impossible to see my old iCloud pictures files etc no master W🎩 at!
i will try your screen time but really brings up a new question 🙋♀️? What is screen time function anyhow ?
