Today I noticed that after starting some videos the quality immediately deteriorates and the fps drops too. But after entering the video editing, the quality is already original even with high fps. I should note that all the videos in my gallery are shot on the same settings and this only happens with some (iPhone 16pro)

Do you use iCloud? Do you have "Optimize Storage" turned on? What you describe would make sense if your phone is using Optimize Storage.
Optimize saves storage by keeping the full sized file at iCloud.com while retaining smaller files on the phone for fast previewing. The phone downloads the full sized file when you need it for editing as required.
Could that be it?

even when I check the videos on iCloud I can see them as in my galery, low quality and low fps, but its true that I had *optimize storage* turned on
