How can I disable Apple Watch workout sharing notifications with friends?

My Apple Watch Ultra 2 has started prompting me to share my workout with friends. I don't have any fitness friends and don't want them. I have not activated sharing so there is no friend to stop sharing with but I still get this annoying screen that wants me to. I'm used to tapping the app, selecting my workout, and start on my run or walk. Now when I check my progress my workout hasn't started and I lose that amount of activity. It's either still on the stupid "share with friends" screen or on the unstarted workout screen. It used to be simple stupid to just tap the workout I want and get going. AAAARRRRGGGGGG. How do I get this frustrating option off my workouts so it never appears again?
