Language set on italian during talk text after latest software update

Language is set to English and United States but translates to italian if I use talk text. This is since the latest software update 18.5.

Settings searching sugestion in wrong language I changed my language from Czech to English and than back to Czech. Everything changed back but the suggeations in settings search bar stayed in english.

How do I change the language of system apps to Russian on iPhone? The Russian language is enabled on the iPhone, but for some reason the system applications (like AppStore) are in English. How can I switch all applications to Russian? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

What do you have in settings / accessibility / spoken content / default language and the voices setting?
