How can I resolve '406 not acceptable' error when logging into the Ring app on iPhone?

Trying to log onto the Ring app and continually get ‘406 not acceptable'

I have tried shutting down the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling app and can’t log in? Any suggestions to correct this?

By chance do you use a VPN on your iPhone? VPNs aren't needed on iPhone, unless required by an employer or school to access their servers. VPNs often often cause connectivity issues, so if you use one, turn it off or better yet, remove the VPN profile completely from your iPhone.
