The star over the "i" icon does not appear. OS is 18.5. "Enhanced visual search" and "Show related content" features are on. Language is set to English. “Apple intelligence” is also on. Can you help me please?

Sounds good--and it's normal not to have everything going for the first few days. When you're not using the phone, have it plugged in and locked. It doesn't do much scanning if it thinks you're using it.

It can take days for Photos to scan all the pictures' information into its database.
