unable to access national lottery website or app on my iphone xr using my wifi. my ipad and pc are fine. any ideas? I have turned my WiFi off on the phone and I can access both the website and the app but as soon as I have WiFi on I can’t access either.

Are you using a VPN? If so, delete it and the VPN profile.
What kind of error are you seeing when you try to get there? Most lottery systems require you to be in a particular state to access them, and will show you an error. I would go with what Kurtosis12 posted, sounds like you may have a VPN on your device.
are you on a wifi network that blocks gambling sites?
I'm having the same issue. Restarted my phone and it worked once. After that I get the same messages saying the app is unavailable and the website unable to connect to server. Only happening for that website and app. I then have to restart again.
