How do I check if my iPhone 16 Plus is original or refurbished?

I bought an iPhone 16 plus with a model number of MXWN3QL/A at an Apple Store in Barcelona early this year. Can I infer this iPhone is really a iPhone 16 plus or it’s a refurbished iPhone?

If you bought it from an Apple Store, they would've told you if it was a refurbished iPhone. Typically, you have to specifically purchase a refurbished iPhone. You can also try looking at Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support to see if that provides you any insight. Also, as far as I know, iPhone 16 Plus is not to the point where you would buy it refurbished yet. I could be wrong though.
