How do I find list of recently deleted apps on my iPhone?

Apparently I have a "heavy finger" as every so often my Home Screen (or on other pages) all my apps start to shake and though I stop that as soon as I notice it...a bit later I know my Home Screen or other pages have changed, that is, apps are in different places. Sometimes I can tell what was removed, other times I can't tell. Is there any listing of "recently deleted apps" that I can go to and see what I have done? Also any advice for how not to be such a 'heavy finger"? TIA!

While you can move apps around, sometimes accidentally, it is hard to remove apps. When the screen is shaking you must tap the “x” on an app, then answer 2 or 3 successive dialogs, the first asking of you want to remove it just from the Home screen or from the iPhone entirely, and if you say from the iPhone entirely it asks if you are sure. Thus, most likely you have just moved them and not deleted them. You can view all of your apps in the App Library, the last page of the Home screen, and restore them to the other Home screen pages from there.

If this is a consistent problem take screenshots of all of your Home screen pages, so you can see where things were and put them back where they belong.

If they have actually been removed as described above, open the App Store, tap on your icon in the upper right, then Apps, then My Apps. If you then choose “Not on this iPhone” it will list all apps that have been removed with they date they were removed. You can also redownload an app by tapping on the cloud download button.
