No. The US Online Store will only ship items within the US. They will not ship to freight forwarders, and will cancel any orders they determine are being shipped to one for export to another country.

And Apple Re-sellers there prices are too high, they go about 1,199$ for just a base Macbook M4 with no extra RAM or Storage.

If you are referring to Apple products purchased in the United States, I believe the answer is "No."

I don't work for Apple – but it looks to me like they want you to make your purchase from an Apple Store (brick and mortar or online), or an Apple Authorized Reseller, operating in your home country.

There is a "Need shopping help?" link on the main Apple Store page. Maybe if that connects you to someone who works for Apple, they would know how to find a list of local Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Resellers.

If you are buying from Amazon, check who is selling the machine (Amazon, or an Amazon Marketplace seller) – and whether they are an Authorized Apple Reseller.
