How to fix mobile services after iOS 18.5 update on iPhone 14?

Mobile services no longer work on my iphone 14 after I updated IS 18.5. Can anyone help?

Have you tried to see if you’re in need of a Carrier settings update?

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
