My purchases from apple pick up right away when im only trying to pay one thing at a time because now apple requires your apple ID password to update/pay for purchases how can i take that off or change it.

Seems you can only change the password requirement for free (not paid) items ... there are some things you can change though, (eg: you may want to try using Face ID or touch ID, or only enter a password once every 15 minutes when making purchases, etc..)
