I called a Roku help line from safari that turned out to be a scam. She had me download Anydesk and tell her ID #. Next she said I’d get a message to check boxes to ok for her to access my phone. Luckily instead I got a red pop up saying scammer alert!! I immediately hung up , deleted Anydesk app and rebooted iPhone. Have I been hacked!!!!!??????

I’ve got good news and bad news here.
The good news is that you did everything correctly.
Your iPhone is safe and secure.
The bad news is that the scammer knows your phone number and will share that information with other scammers.
In closing, don’t answer calls from unknown numbers or text messages.

If you visit the App Store, you can write a review for ⇢ AnyDesk Remote Desktop and warn others how scammers use that app to hijack their victims.
BONUS TIP:
If you reach out to the developer and report the scammers ID number, then they can revoke their license.
