How can I stop scammers from using my iPhone 14 info in a scam?
somehow scammers used my phone number /name /caller id, and my voice to try to scam someone I know.

Unfortunately, none of that is technically that difficult anymore and — other than your voice — available from generally public info.
It certainly doesn’t directly indicate any sort of compromise of your system. (assuming that your iPhone 14 still works normally)
You might consider changing your Apple Account Password and your Voice Mail access PIN. You might also change your voice mail greeting to a default/generic.

Lastly, contact law enforcement. If this has been done once w/ you; it’s likely not an isolated instance.
