Why is Apple TV Plus asking for subscription on Tata Binge?

I hv subscribed apple tv on tata binge subscription through mobile number 887*****30.. but it is asking for subscription. Pls guide

You need to link the Apple Account to the subscription you are paying for through Tata.

You need to link the Apple Account to the subscription you are paying for through Tata.
