How can I unlock my iPhone 15 Pro Max without data loss?

hello i got my wife phone iphone 15 pro max that the screen was broken + touch, the phone start clicking and touch alone and it was writing the code wrong and it lead the phone to be locked, when i change screen i saw this message that i gona upload here, i read about it and it says that my iphone has been locked and i must restart all my phone including deleteing all the data and everything, i know my code but it was the touch problem that lead it locking my phone, please i need your help if we can unlock my phone without deleting the data and everything, i dont have any backup or icloud or somthing, cant remember anything

Unfortunately to bypass the iPhone Disabled/Unavailable screen you will need to erase the device, allowing you to restore and set a new passcode in lieu. Niel is right and that this is a security measure, otherwise someone can just pick up your iPhone, bypass that screen and access all of your data.

Even if you were to go to a shop and have them replace the screen digitizer, which likely is the issue, they would still probably wipe your iPhone. They do that for about all repairs.

You'll need to start fresh and start backing up your iPhone as soon as possible, before disaster strikes again.

You can't. This mechanism is designed to prevent people from accessing the data on other people's iPhones; their owners are supposed to back it up.
