Let me guess Amazon Renewed? They just make sure it turns on and give it a wipe over with an oily rag.
Send it back fir a refund, though Amazon only passes them thru from third parties.

Yeah sorry. You should be able to return it within 90 days to Amazon. Then purchase a refurbished model from Apple.
You shouldn't have your iPhone's Auto-Lock set to Never. As you can see it drains a ton of unnecessary battery and leaves your iPhone unlocked and vulnerable to anyone to access all your data.
Where did you purchase this renewed iPhone? Was it from Apple's Certified Refurbished Shop or an Apple Authorized Reseller?

Whether Amazon is an Apple Authorized Reseller or not, Amazon Renewed phones would not be covered by any Apple warranty.
In addition, if you compare what you get with an Apple Certified Refurbished iPhone to what you get with various levels of Amazon Renewed iPhones, I think you'll find that even Amazon's "Premium Condition" level doesn't live up to the standards that Apple sets for all of its Certified Refurbished iPhones.

If f it was "renewed" by someone other than Apple or an authorized refurbisher, it has no warranty.
