How to file an AppleCare+ theft and loss claim for my iPhone 16 Pro?

Iphone 16 Pro was lost in the lake and submerged for an entire 24 hours before I could get logged into my computer to file a claim. The phone was no longer appearing in find my iphone, friends told me messages failed to even be sent to me.

Now apple is claiming my find my iphone was not on, even tho the last email I received about find my being disabled was when I got a new phone screen installed by a certified apple dealer.

The phone was lost to significant water damage to never be seen at the bottom of a lake but its my fault find my iphone was disabled when the PHONE BECAME disabled


APPLE please make this right, I've been a customer through lap tops, and Iphones since the 4g

If you did not turn find my back on after you got the screen replaced, then it does not meet the requirements for coverage by AppleCare+ theft and loss protection.


YOU were responsible for turning that back on after having it services. Apple can't do it for you.
