Why are Snapchat, TikTok, WhatsApp ignoring app limit/restrictions on my iPhone?

The above mentioned apps don’t shut down during downtime or follow app limits set on phone. All other apps are restricted on child’s phone following the set restrictions, but these are not.

i see this was an issue a few years back from other posts. Has started to happen on IOS18 for me. How can we fix

Apple this really isn’t good enough for parents to set decent restrictions. Can you resolve
