There is dust under my iPhone camera and I want to replace my iPhone

It is highly unlikely Apple will replace the phone over a small speck of dust, even within warranty. They will certainly offer you the available options, which would most likely be a repair and done.

This is a user to user only forum, which no one from Apple participates. We have no control over what Apple is or isn't willing to do in terms of warranty repair. I already told you in another post, it is highly unlikely Apple will give you a new iPhone for a speck of dust under the camera cover. It is honestly an unrealistic expectation on your part, which is unlikely going to happen. Apple Warranty suggests if a phone can be repaired, it will be repaired. If a phone can't be repaired because of a manufacturing defect, it would be replaced with a likely refurbished phone of the same model. I'd personally rather they get rid of the piece of dust as opposed to getting a refurbished phone in replacement.

I'm not sure I understand your question? You should ONLY use an Apple Authorized Service provider. Using anyone else will void your warranty.

You may want a new phone, but that does not mean that Apple is obligated to give you one.

Why on earth would you expect a new phone for a small spek of dust under the protective lens cover? Your expectations are irrational.
