Why can't I access the new Pride Harmony wallpaper on iOS 18.5 in Malaysia?

on iOS 18.5 there is a new pride harmony wallpaper, but not sure it had any regional issues, tried many methods online to solve the issues, I seem not getting it on my iPhone, wife’s iPhone, I’m living in Malaysia. Anyone have the same issue?

iOS 26 dynamic wallpapers not showing all versions i can’t upload a picture, but the Dusk wallpaper’s dark variant is active from like 6pm till midnight. There are plenty of dark blue iOS 26 wallpapers, but I can never see them. I only see about 2 different wallpapers changing, and it’s sad because the dark blue ones are so beautiful 🥲 let me know if I can something about it or if it’s supposed to work like this!

Why are certain photos missing on my iPhone 16 in Denmark compared to YouTube? Why are there things in the photo app that are shown on YouTube that are not on my iPhone 16 here in Denmark? among other things edits, eraser etc. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Only thing I can think of is due to Government policy or laws.
