iPhone 14 Plus not Bluetooth pairing

I have an iPhone 14 Plus that is no longer pairing with local devices after the latest 18.5 upgrade. I have a Marshall stockwell speaker and an audio technical turntable that is now useless. I also have a iPad Pro that is having the same issue. The phone and pad are not finding any of them. Strangely CarPlay is working fine. I have performed all of the recommendations from Apple and YouTube with the exception of the restore. I wish Apple would just acknowledge that there is an issue. I have reached out to out to Marshall and was about to send them the speaker when I realized other devices in the house are not pairing as well.
