CONTACTS APP Display Both Company Name and Person Name in List view

Its 2025 now and why cant Apple get this figured out?? My simple wish is to see both company name and the persons individual name while I'm scrolling either on my iPhone or my iPad or within Contacts app on my MacBook Pro?

I've tried many suggestions from prior community queries (adding nicknames, adding company name in first or last name etc...) but still nothing works, to be clear I know that once I click on the contact I can see all the info that is found under the profile.

What I really want is just to see BOTH COMPANY NAME and PERSONs NAME at quick glance when I'm scrolling through my contacts in each list.

it shouldn't be that hard, right :-)

Am I left to wander aimlessly in the partial dark here as I approach the Vintage years and loose my mind/memory🥹🤪
