Can I purchase an international iPhone in the U.S. and have it picked up in Israel?
I wanted to ask of purchasing a iPhone in the U.S. but have a business partner pickup in Israel

NOPE. You cannot do that. If you are in the US, you can order it in the US and pick it up in the US. You cannot order in the US for pickup in Israel. Also, there is no such thing as an International iPhone. Apple sells iPhone by region and regions have regional differences. Thus, warranty is also not international. Apple may limit warranty service to the region of purchase as stated in their own warranty information.
