Please my iPhone 7 Plus fails to open the WhatsApp successfully. I downloaded the app and created the account. Then a blank screen appeared since. I’ve received messages from friends but WhatsApp doesn’t open. It is just blank

Try Deleting the app, performing a Forced Restart, then re-installing the app. If none of that works you’ll need to contact WhatsApp and troubleshoot with their support team as this is their app, not Apple’s.

If you will try this method for the first time, please in step 4, try to restore iCloud first, then continue further steps.
