How to share shortcut after I revised its action Run shortcut?

When you revise a Shortcut, its shared iCloud link that you may have supplied previously is not updated. You will need to click the specific Shortcut Share icon and redo copy iCloud link. Then you provide that updated link from the clipboard to the user as a link to download the revised Shortcut.

Thanks but if you meant if I did the following is incorrect, please let me know

1. John revised shortcut X action run A to B
2. share A and B to iCloud folder for people who know John
3. John email Mary to ensure contact is recognized
4. John revised ① contact to include email address for Mary and ② contact app to add Mary account contacts ③ list added to Mary list
5. but contact is still unrecognised

I did but it’s not working. The modification dates are correct.
