iPhone 16 screen doesn’t feel as smooth as previous models

Hi. I’m feeling some less smoothness on my iPhone 16 base model. Yes, I know it’s a 60Hz display. But compared to my previous iPhone 8, even my previous iPhones are performing better than my iPhone 16 in smoothness in every task. I don’t know if it’s a bug or something. Please, Apple, why are we paying some extra cost on iPhones? To get a smooth experience compared to other models. You have done a pretty much job in history. But now it’s so laggy. Please fix this with an update.

Do you have a screen protector on the screen? If so remove it and see if the issues persist

If not, you might want to force restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I’ve done all those things up to now, but it doesn’t work. I’ve changed my screen protector four times from different brands, and I’ve used it without a protector for a day, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve also tried force restarts recently, but I haven’t found a solution yet.
