Return to the store where you had it replaced. Apple offers a 90 day warranty on repairs to cover possible defects on parts or workmanship, so they should be able to make it right.

Zachyy is correct. Take it back to the Genius Bar and let Apple make it right for you.

Also check your charger/cable. Checking with a wireless charging puck can also be used to narrow down an issue that may not be related to the battery. If you do not have one, it can be tested at the Apple Store as well, but surely Apple will be able to diagnose the problem.
