My iPhone 15 battery always shown charging when even it’s not plugged in with charger

If the display is not updating correctly the easy solution is probably to forced reset (reboot) your iPhone. Simply short-press Volume Up, then Volume Down, then press and hold the side button until the white Apple logo appears. (Ignore any other prompts on the screen until you get the Apple, it might need side button hold about 10-15 seconds)
