Sudden widget enlargement? Do this

Press on affected widget. When a list of options appear, look down at the bottom, select window with the four little squares.

My screen keeps zooming out Occasionally when I’m in certain apps, especially Discord, my screen will zoom out like it’s pinched. I have no idea how I’m doing this, I don’t do any weird motion with my hands, and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to stop it from happening. The screen resets once I close the app. Nothing in my accessibility settings would cause this to happen, I have basically everything off. First photo is of it zoomed out, second it is normal, this only started happening after the 18.1.1 update.
