Annoying floating widget

How do I remove floating widget that is constantly getting in way, when trying to perform other tasks?

What does this "Floating Widget" look like? Can you make out its name and let us know?

Meanwhile, is it possible that this could be related to the AssistiveTouch button? Double Check the following by opening Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ Touch ➡️ AssistiveTouch: Set this switch to OFF.
