Check the devices signed into your Account at  > System Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom to see the list of devices signed in. Choose any device to remove it and follow up by changing your Password.

Make sure you are using two factor authentication to make sure that no devices can be signed into your account unless they enter a verification code sent to a Trusted Device or Trusted Phone Number set up on your account.

Are you looking at the account that is signed into your device?

Your Apple Account can only be removed by providing your password, so no one else can add their Apple Account to your device unless that was done by you. Did someone talk you into signing their Apple Account into your device? That would lock your device to their account, and there is never a good reason for you to do that.
