Can't cancel AT&T Secure Family plan as it is not listed under Apple subscriptions

When I bought my grandson an iPhone more than a year ago I added the AT&T Secure Family plan to go with it, at a cost of $7.99 per month.

AT&T won’t let me cancel it because it’s charged by Apple. The Secure Family app directs me to the Apple subscriptions, but It’s not listed in my subscriptions so I can’t cancel it that way. Help! How can I stop this monthly $7.99 charge?

The charge to my card is coming from Apple

Is this charge listed in the purchase history of your Apple Account? View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

It should, for charges from Apple for digital services (subscriptions) and other in-app purchases.

If not, then there may be an unfortunate use of your payment method for a different account?

You can try contacting the Apple Support staff for assistance.

Else try posting in an AT&T user forum, if that still exists.
